Answer: No, the shipping and handling is additional, rates may vary depending on the delivery service required or selected. Please refer to the shipping and handling rate chart in the Customer Service section.

Question: Do you offer gift certificates? And how are these redeemable?

Answer: Yes, we offer gift certificates for both online and in-store purchases. Online gift certificates are redeemable for online purchases only. In store gift certificates are redeemable at any of our store locations.

Question: How are your perishable products shipped across the country to guarantee a safe arrival?

Answer: Our products are shipped in a reusable styrene cooler and packed with dry ice or ice packed when necessary.

Question: How do I change my member address/e-mail/log-in/password?

Answer:

  1. Log in using your current e-mail and password.
  2. Select from the update options available.
  3. Make your changes, then save.

Question: I forgot my password. What do I do?

Answer: If you've tried to log in and cannot gain access to your account, you'll be taken to a page where you will be able to find your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" link. You will be asked to enter your email address and your password will be sent to you.
